What is Sora 2?
Sora 2 is one of the leading ai video tools in 2026. OpenAI's flagship 2026 video-and-audio model: cinematic clips with realistic physics, synchronized dialogue and sound effects, plus 'characters' that put you inside any scene after a one-time likeness recording. Launched Sep 30, 2026 with a free invite-based social iOS app (US/Canada rollout) and Sora 2 Pro for ChatGPT Pro users.
AI video tools turn text and scripts into professional videos without a camera, actors or editing skills. Sora 2 is a strong pick for creators, freelancers and businesses looking to work faster and smarter.
